Individual therapy
Therapy offers space to discuss what you are experiencing, identify goals, and develop coping skills. Our individual therapy services address concerns such as:
- Anxiety, depression, and stress.
- Trauma and difficult life experiences.
- Grief, loss, and life transitions.
- Emotional regulation and relationship concerns.
Your clinician will work with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan. Session frequency depends on your clinical needs, goals, clinician recommendations, and availability.
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
A psychiatric evaluation may help assess mental health symptoms and determine whether medication treatment is appropriate. Medication management includes reviewing symptoms, treatment response, side effects, and follow-up needs with a prescribing clinician.
Depending on your assessment, your clinician may recommend therapy, medication management, or a combination of services. Psychiatric services are provided by telehealth when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
